Born and raised in San Francisco, third generation. I came to design through illustration, moved into graphic design, then interaction design, and found at IDEO that motion brought it all together into a single coherent practice.

I've been in the freestyle dance scene since 2008, which has shaped how I think about timing, rhythm, and what makes movement feel right.

My family has Yurok roots, from the Klamath River in Northern California, and contributing to the tribe's language and culture revitalization through interactive media is work I intend to do.
